Marketer

for Alexander Sokolovsky's team. Remote.

**ABOUT US: *We develop media projects across all social networks, including YouTube, Telegram, and Instagram. Our products are related to business, self-development, finance, and investments. We are currently looking for a strong marketer to build product promotion through content and increase conversions from initial product awareness to its use.

**TASKS: **• Be responsible for all content on Telegram recruiter contact: strategy, topics, sections, content plans, quality, and regularity of publications. Organize the work of authors and other contractors, assign tasks, and accept results. • Build systematic warm-ups: reveal product benefits, create series of publications, and offers for different audience segments. • Develop effective integrations on YouTube and other social networks: find connections between content topics and products, develop ideas and texts. • Adjust funnels from our social networks, products, and other tools. Determine where to guide a person and what subsequent interactions will help them understand the product and start using it. • Analyze results, identify losses in the funnel, and test hypotheses. Track transitions, registrations, product usage initiation, and sales.

**REQUIREMENTS: **• We are not considering beginners for the team. We need a strong candidate with relevant experience, a deep understanding of marketing, and proven results.

**CONDITIONS: **• Fully remote work. • Payment terms will be discussed at the final interview. We are ready to offer a good package to a strong specialist.
