We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who has moved beyond writing great Go code and now shapes how distributed systems are built around them. You understand cloud-native architecture at a deep level, you’ve delivered platforms where performance and reliability aren’t optional, and you know how to get teams aligned on the technical decisions that matter. You’ll be taking on a senior IC role on a platform that powers AI and machine learning for some of the world’s largest enterprises — setting direction, solving hard problems, and raising the bar for the engineers around you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of critical backend components in Go within a Kubernetes-native environment.
• Define architectural standards and set technical direction for distributed platform systems.
• Drive engineering best practices across teams, from coding standards to deployment and observability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact technical initiatives.
• Mentor engineers across teams, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to LLM/RAG platform features and ensure their reliable operation in production.

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Go or Rust as a primary programming language, with strong Go expertise.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Kubernetes-native architectures in production.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems design and delivery at scale.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or RAG systems in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

How we do make your work (and your life) easier:

• Remote Work.
• Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred
• Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.
• Flexible hours: create your own schedule.
• Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.
• Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.
• Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
