WHAT TO DO: 🛠 Support and develop ETL processes (SSIS) 📊 Assemble data marts from 1C ZUP and SKUD (via OData) 🔍 Reconcile actual attendance with the plan → calculate deviations 🧠 Analyze third-party code, Code Review, Merge Request (GitLab)

WHAT IS NEEDED: ✅ MS SQL Server (commercial experience) ✅ SSIS — development and maintenance of ETL ✅ C# — scripts within ETL ✅ OData — data integration and processing ✅ Visual Studio + GitLab (MR, Code Review) ✅ Ability to understand code without documentation

🔥 WILL BE A PLUS: ➕ Experience with 1C ZUP / HR data marts ➕ SKUD data ➕ Understanding of data quality and business logic of reporting
