To a large trading and manufacturing company (food products). BI Developer required for the team
Our company is actively growing and developing its internal IT systems.
We are looking for a developer who will take responsibility for ensuring that the company's analytical systems operate continuously and that the business has access to accurate data at any second.
Your key results will be:
- Adaptive Software: Software and BI systems, promptly improved to meet the company's current requirements and strategic requests.
- Absolute Stability: Software functioning seamlessly in normal mode, operating without errors or failures, and fully ensuring the flow of the organization's business processes.
- Successful Changes: Changes integrated and launched into operation in business processes, supported by accurate analytics.
- Quality Updates: System updates tested for bugs and correctly deployed, implemented without interrupting the company's current processes.
What you will need to do:
- Design and develop the architecture of the corporate data warehouse (DWH) with scalability in mind;
- Optimize complex queries and perform deep database performance tuning so that reports “fly”;
- Develop and maintain stable ETL/ELT processes for seamless data integration from various sources;
- Closely interact with related development and analytics teams, acting as a data expert.
You are an ideal candidate if you have proven experience in:
- Advanced T-SQL: You confidently handle tasks with table partitioning, Columnstore indexes, and window functions;
- Data Integration: You have practical experience with CTE, OPENQUERY and have experience with SOAP integration;
- DWH Design: You have a deep understanding of data warehouse construction principles (classic star and snowflake schemas).
It will be a huge plus if you have:
- Experience automating routine tasks using Python;
- Skills in writing PowerShell scripts for administration and task automation.
