Tasks:
- Formation of analytical reports on the business line (salon business): sales, client base, client analytics, occupancy, client retention, etc.
- Work with databases: Datalens, Postgres, Python (ability to load, process data). Writing simple SQL queries
- Maintaining current and creating new dashboards in Datalens
- Work with the revenue part of the budget (revenue): annual planning, budget review, calculation of monthly plan by service type by business unit
- Participation in inventory in terms of reconciling results, analysis of balances
- Creation of a sales report and sales margin from scratch
- Creation of an inventory and turnover report from scratch
- Data collection and report processing for payroll calculation. Calculation of salon employee salaries according to the established regulations and KPI calculation
Requirements:
- Secondary vocational education, higher education: economics, physics and mathematics, information technology
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in companies with a turnover of over 3 billion rubles
- Experience in creating analytical reports on revenue, inventory, and margins
- Knowledge of the principles of operation under OSNO and USN (General and Simplified Tax Systems)
- Knowledge of basic economic terms: margin, turnover
- Work with basic Microsoft Office programs. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Power Query
- Knowledge of 1C: Accounting and 1C: Trade Management in terms of data extraction on revenue, cost of goods sold, and inventory balances
