Head of Game Distribution / Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced specialist from iGaming to build XNODO Games' game distribution directly to casino operators and through game aggregators.

What you will do:

• develop partnerships with online casino operators, aggregators, and iGaming platforms; • find and establish new contacts with decision makers from the casino side; • conduct negotiations and manage the full deal cycle — from the first contact to game launch; • build direct distribution of XNODO Games games; • define operator requirements for new game providers; • coordinate onboarding, certification, and integration with the technical team; • analyze markets and find the most promising operators for our games; • form and develop your own partner base and pipeline; • participate in the development of commercial strategy and cooperation terms; • represent XNODO Games at iGaming conferences and industry events.

What is important:

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming; • experience working with casino operators, game providers, aggregators, or casino platforms; • existing network of professional contacts in iGaming; • understanding of how a game provider gets into a casino and goes through onboarding; • experience in B2B sales / business development / partnerships; • ability to independently establish new partnerships and conduct negotiations; • good understanding of the European and/or LATAM iGaming market; • English language — confident working level.

Will be a big plus:

• experience working at SOFTSWISS, Slotegrator, EveryMatrix, Relax Gaming, Games Global, BetConstruct, Aspire, Soft2Bet or other iGaming aggregators / platforms; • experience working directly with casino operators; • understanding of certification, licensing, and technical integration processes; • own network of contacts among operators.

Format: remote, project-based or permanent work.

The main task at the start is to build the XNODO Games distribution system and bring in the first direct partnerships with casino operators.
