CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
About TaxDome
At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we’ve grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.
How we work
You’ll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.
We focus on outcomes over activity — prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.
About this role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing / CRM Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team and help us design, operate, and continuously improve the lifecycle system that connects Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and directly impact how leads progress, how customers expand, and how the business grows.
This is not an email execution role. You'll be designing, operating, and continuously improving the architecture that connects Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success through shared lifecycle logic, behavioral signals, and automation.
It’s a fully remote role, we are hiring across EU and LATAM.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Own and evolve the full CRM lifecycle architecture — from Lead to MQL to SQL on the pre-sales side, through Onboarding, Adoption, Retention, and Expansion post-sale — ensuring every stage transition is clearly defined, consistently applied, and scalable as the business grows
- Design and operate the lifecycle communication framework: defining what we say, when we say it, and why at each stage — treating communication as a driver of progression rather than a standalone activity
- Translate behavioral and engagement signals into automation logic, routing rules, and suppression logic that keep the CRM clean, lifecycle transitions reliable, and every team working from the same data
- Run structured experiments to improve conversion across key transitions (Lead to MQL, MQL to SAL, SAL to SQL), testing messaging, timing, cadence, and CTAs with a clear hypothesis and measurable outcome
- Apply modern lifecycle practices — intent-based routing, progressive profiling, behavior-driven programs — to continuously raise the bar on lifecycle efficiency and pipeline contribution
- Partner closely with Email Marketing, CS Ops, and Sales to align execution, close feedback loops, and ensure the lifecycle framework works as a single coherent system rather than three separate ones
What you bring
Must-have
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment — you've owned lifecycle systems, not just contributed to them
- Deep HubSpot expertise: workflows, lifecycle stages, automation, and the judgment to know when to build vs. when to simplify
- Proven ability to move conversion and progression metrics — you measure success in pipeline impact, not open rates
- Strong analytical mindset with experience designing experiments, interpreting results, and translating findings into system improvements
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and CS and build shared frameworks that survive contact with reality
Nice-to-have
- Experience with complex or long B2B sales cycles where lifecycle logic has to account for multiple buying stages and decision-makers
- Familiarity with multi-segment audiences (SMB through mid-market) and the lifecycle adaptations each segment requires
- Understanding of attribution logic and pipeline metrics — you can connect lifecycle activity to revenue outcomes, not just engagement data
