Fullstack Analyst (Senior)
📍Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office)
We are ready to consider only those applicants who are already in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design AS IS / TO BE payment processes
- Formulate business and system requirements.
- Develop business logic, algorithms, APIs, integrations, routing, and error handling scenarios
- Investigate payment traffic and analyze product metrics
- Decompose tasks for the development team and support them until production.
- Participate in the analysis of complex product scenarios
- Automate functional modules and internal processes using AI tools and AI agents
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
- Experience with payment products, banking systems, or FinTech projects will be a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of REST API, HTTP, JSON
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman
- Understanding of Webhooks principles
- Experience in designing integrations between systems
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in BPMN, UML, Sequence Diagram, State Diagram
- Experience with Confluence, YouTrack, Miro
- English language — from B2 level (a significant part of the technical documentation is in English)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, HMAC, mTLS
- Knowledge of Kafka
- Experience in data analysis and working with Tableau
- Experience with payment risks or processing
- Practical experience using AI tools for automating analytical work
