The CSP FMBA is engaged in scientific research related to the human genome and the analysis of the obtained data. The development team creates internal services for automating the movement, processing, and distributed storage of large volumes of data.
Solid knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), networks, containerization; Experience deploying and operating production Kubernetes clusters; Experience with automation tools (ansible, terraform); Experience using GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD); Experience with monitoring systems: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Sentry; Understanding of processes and experience with CI/CD tools (gitlab ci).
Completed higher education RF Citizenship
Support of infrastructure deployed on bare metal servers and VMs; Deployment and operation of Kubernetes clusters; Database administration: Postgresql, Elasticsearch, Redis, Clickhouse; Airflow administration; Deployment and support of infrastructure services: Gitlab, Harbor, Vault, etc.; Infrastructure automation using ansible, terraform, flux; Monitoring system configuration: VictoriaMetrics, Grafana; Ensuring continuous operability and availability of services; Documentation of processes and systems.
