About the Company and Team
Our team works on projects related to the development and implementation of digital assistants and agents in the retail business of a major bank.
We are looking for a talented specialist to participate in an ambitious project to create and implement digital assistants and AI agents that will improve customer experience and optimize business processes in the retail segment of a major bank.
In connection with the development of the project, we are expanding our IT staff.
SQL, PYTHON, SPARK, HADOOP, HIVE / IMPALA
Skills: Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, ETL, REST, Apache Kafka, CI/CD.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the current architecture and participation in the formation of the AI platform product strategy;
- Design, description, and defense of architectural solutions;
- Needs analysis, management of the requirement gathering process, presentation and defense of the solution to the business client;
- Tasking the internal development team for improvements;
- Architectural supervision, control of deviations from the target architecture during solution development;
Candidate Expectations
- Work experience in a bank, telecom, large system integrator, or consulting company;
- Understanding of information security principles and reliability patterns;
- Experience in building integrations between systems using various patterns (REST API, ETL, Kafka)
- Experience in designing microservice solutions;
- Experience with containerization platforms: Openshift, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Big Data stack tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
- Understanding of development organization approaches (CI/CD, DevOps), preferably MLOps, AgentOps;
- Knowledge of Machine Learning principles, familiarity with machine learning tools and technologies;
Also a plus:
- Experience with ML, LLM, sLM models - training, inference;
- Developed communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Experience with Agile practices or in Agile teams;
- Knowledge of core banking processes and the banking business domain
