Rate: from 350K to 390K

Mandatory requirements
- Experience as a System/Solution Architect for 4+ years, including architecture design at early stages (discovery/pre-project);
- Full-cycle SA profile: UML, BPMN, C4, API contract design (OpenAPI/Swagger), data models, SQL;
- Understanding of microservice architecture, integration patterns (REST/GraphQL/message brokers), NFR (performance, fault tolerance, security);
- Experience in formalizing business requirements and communicating with stakeholders at the BA level (User Story, acceptance criteria, ASIS/TO-BE);
- Experience in making and documenting architectural decisions (ADR) and assessing technical risks;
- Agile/Scrum practice: Jira, Confluence.
Additional requirements
- Experience in telecom / B2B sales / CRM;
- Experience with BPM / low-code platforms (Elma 365, Camunda, Appian, and similar);
- Experience in architecture of AI/Copilot scenarios, integrations with recommendation/AI services;
- Understanding of MongoDB / document models;
- Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, containerization).
Project Tasks
- Discovery of initiatives for the coming quarters in the fixed communication domain for B2B (dedicated internet access, corporate VPN - L2/L3, MPLS, SmartLTE, SCS, corporate Wi-Fi and related scenarios: network security, connectivity monitoring, integration with cloud services) on the new generation AoS CRM platform (Elma 365 BPMN core + microservice architecture); - Content of work: analysis of the problem, product value, target process, scope, dependencies, and risks for each initiative; preparation of thoroughly developed initiatives for transfer to delivery teams; reduction of uncertainty (product, process, system, architectural) before the start of development.
