In Rosgosstrakh, they are looking for a Project Director for Internal Audit.
Responsibilities:
Organization and execution of internal audit projects:
- Development of an audit program (inspection plan) based on a risk-oriented approach,
- Coordination of the audit team's work,
- Conducting audit procedures to identify deficiencies in the company's business processes,
- Identification and assessment of risks, deficiencies, assessment of negative consequences,
- Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of control procedures,
- Development of recommendations based on audit findings to improve the control environment.
Preparation of reports on internal audit results, coordination of audit results with business process owners;
Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations;
Consulting management and company employees on improving operational efficiency, building a control environment, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in specializations: management, economics, law;
- At least 3 years of work experience in insurance, in internal audit, risk management, internal control, or finance departments;
- Knowledge of insurance legislation, fundamentals of labor, civil, and administrative law;
- Knowledge of professional internal audit practice principles, understanding of the aspects of planning, conducting, and managing internal audit projects;
- Understanding the essence of an insurance company's business processes;
- Knowledge of the principles and procedures for forming accounting (financial), management, and other types of reporting;
- Understanding the essence of risk management processes and the organization of the control environment;
- Analytical mindset, developed communication skills, fluent speech, time management;
- Professional audit certifications will be an advantage.
