BIG4 is looking for an experienced audit manager to work with banks, insurance, and financial organizations.
Main tasks: • Management of audit and consulting projects. • Team management and task assignment. • Working with current and potential clients, developing long-term relationships. • Preparation of commercial proposals and development of new opportunities. • Management of project budgets and cost control. • Identification and management of risks, adherence to professional ethics and independence. • Preparation of audit reports and team performance evaluation. • Participation in recruiting, conducting training and seminars.
We are looking for you if: • Higher education. • 5+ years of experience in audit. • Experience with IFRS and strong technical expertise. • ACCA, local license for SM level or equivalent qualification. • English — Upper-Intermediate and above. • Leadership and communication skills, experience in managing and developing employees. • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
