Financial Manager

We are looking for you if you: • Have higher education in finance, economics, or accounting. • Have 5+ years of experience in financial planning and management accounting. • Are proficient in 1C, MS Excel (advanced level), and Microsoft Office. • Have experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. • Know IFRS, and English at the Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage. • Have a good understanding of management accounting and budgeting and aspire to develop to the CFO level.

Responsibilities • Company budget formation and performance monitoring. • Management accounting and financial reporting analysis (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet). • Cash flow management and financial planning. • Development of solutions for cost optimization and profitability improvement. • Automation of financial processes and reporting. • Interaction with banks, auditors, and financial partners. • Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management.
