✅ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 📍 Almaty
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing company with high turnover, its own customized 1C system, logistics development, and retail launch.
We need not just a CFO, but a leader who will build an effective financial system and prepare the business for further scaling.
Key responsibilities: • Building and developing the financial function; • Automating accounting and developing 1C/ERP; • Implementing management reporting and optimizing processes; • Interacting with owners and preparing for bank financing.
We are looking for you if: • You have experience in building financial processes and automation; • You have successfully managed changes and scaled the financial function; • You possess systemic thinking, strong management skills, and the ability to achieve results.
