Responsibilities:
- Strategic financial management, budget control, cash flow analysis and risk minimization.
- Analysis and adjustment of management accounting, development of an effective accounting system for controlling fund flows.
- Digitization of business processes and automation of financial accounting (transition to 1C ERP).
- Analysis of reports, presentation of findings to management in an accessible format.
Requirements:
- From 5 years as a Chief Financial Officer in FMCG manufacturing and trading companies (turnover from 3 billion rubles).
- Deep understanding of production processes, intermediate stages, cycles, and cost calculation.
- Experience with 1C ERP, automation of financial processes, digitalization.
