About the company

We are looking for you if you:
- Have experience in Big4 or consulting (accounting outsourcing).
- Managed the full accounting cycle and quality control.
- Have worked as a Manager or above for 5+ years.
- Managed a team of 7-8 people.
- Have an excellent knowledge of IFRS and local legislation.
- Possess English language skills from Upper-Intermediate (B2).
- Experience in audit, tax compliance, or financial reporting will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Quality control of accounting and financial reporting.
- Review of period closings and compliance with IFRS and legislation.
- Client consulting on accounting and taxation issues.
- Resolution of complex accounting and tax issues.
- Development of the accounting outsourcing department.
- Management of the team, project deadlines, and quality.
- Process optimization and implementation of IT solutions.
