The insurance service Yandex Care is looking for an adult, independent financial Senior Financial Partner with strong experience in insurance or a related financial business.
The company values not only a classic CFO background but also the ability to dive deep into operational work: at the first stage, you will have to do a lot yourself, including building models, processes, and reporting.
What tasks await you:
- Performing the functions of a business CFO: at the start, there may be no team: you will have to do a lot yourself. As the business grows, it is planned to form a team and further develop the financial function
- Building financial processes: one of the key tasks is to create and structure the financial function: build processes, areas of responsibility, financial planning, control, regular financial procedures, establish interaction with business and products
- Financial reporting: it is necessary to build a clear system of financial reporting taking into account the specifics of the insurance business. Insurance activity is regulated and has its own regulatory requirements. A lot of work in this direction has already been done, and from next year, the implementation stage begins, so the CFO will have to actively engage in this process
- Supporting the development of business and products: the business has many products, and the financial function must be a full partner for their development
Requirements:
- Have strong experience in insurance (preferred background)
- Possess a mature financial profile, capable of performing the functions of a business CFO
- Able to build and develop financial processes
- Have excellent financial modeling skills
- Ready to work hands-on for the first time, independently delving into calculations, models, processes, and reporting

- Have built financial models specifically in the insurance business
