Responsibilities:

The scope of work involves calculations and design of ventilated facade systems (NWF) using aluminum and steel composite panels as cladding material.

• Participation in the development and development of working documentation for the construction of ventilated facade systems with an air gap;
• Performing static calculations of NWF elements;
• Conducting preliminary project calculations for the formation of commercial proposals based on the received technical documentation;
• Formation of material specifications for the in-house production of cladding material (aluminum or steel composite panels).

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Minimum 3 years of general work experience in design and/or architecture in construction;
• Proven experience in independent design;
• Knowledge and ability to use design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCad, 3D MAX, ReVit;
• Knowledge of GOST, SP, SNiP, SanPiN and other regulatory documents;
• Knowledge of materials and technologies used in modern construction;
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology will be an advantage.
