💼 Senior HR Manager | International Holding Company

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Senior HR Manager to join an international holding company based in Belgrade.

The ideal candidate is an empathetic, approachable, and communicative HR professional who enjoys working with people and can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

🔹Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding • Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal processes • Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives • Handle employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns • Coordinate performance reviews, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives • Ensure HR practices comply with Serbian labour legislation • Work closely with management on staffing needs and HR-related matters

🔹Requirements: • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist • Previous experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Fintech is required • Fluent Serbian and English • Currently based in Belgrade, Serbia • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations • Understanding of Serbian labour legislation • Ability to independently manage multiple HR processes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Empathetic, approachable, supportive, and people-oriented personality • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
