Product Analyst (middle / middle+)

Looking for two product analysts (middle and middle+) to join our monetization team for Cyan's secondary real estate market — specifically in pricing and auctions.

About auctions: secondary market listings are promoted through bids for a spot in the search results. The analyst here answers questions that directly impact revenue: how competition for positions is structured, how much clients are willing to pay for an effect and where that effect ends, how participants' behavior will change if auction and/or ranking rules are modified, and how to make it good for clients, search results, and the business.

About pricing: this involves tariffs and personal discounts. The task is not to "calculate the price", but to understand how clients react to it: assess elasticity, find triggers that cause a client to leave or, conversely, buy more, test pricing hypotheses in monetary terms (not just classic A/B tests), and model what will happen to revenue upon rollout.

These two areas constantly intersect: in both, the question is the same — how much and for what are clients willing to pay + how does this affect search results.

Important note on the work format: about a quarter of our time is spent on research without a ready-made request from the business. This means it's not a "run a data export" role, but a role where you find where the money lies yourself.

Office or remote work within Russia (you can work from abroad for a few months a year). Communication language: Russian (depends on the level of fun and mood).
