We are looking for a Head of Pricing for the DomClick real estate service.
DomClick is the only product in Russia that provides a full cycle of real estate operations. It is available on all popular platforms (Web, iOS, Android). We solve any real estate issues, making complex things simple, with care for every client.
Project and team: The team is involved in analyzing the mortgage market, evaluating the effectiveness of the current pricing policy, and monitoring product profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the direction and the team;
- Analyze the mortgage market (pricing and non-pricing conditions) and form consolidated conclusions on the feasibility of launching or modifying a product;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the current pricing policy, monitor the profitability of mortgage products, and propose alternative solutions;
- Prepare proposals for rates, tariffs for services and amenities;
- Refine the pricing methodology, participate in mortgage planning, budgeting, and pilot launch evaluation;
- Prepare calculators and participate in the development of a comprehensive approach to client profitability assessment;
- Formulate business requirements for pricing tools, work with internal data to build models;
- Collaborate closely with the business, prepare analytical reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, or mathematics;
- At least 3 years of experience in pricing banking products and team management;
- Understanding of credit pricing principles and deal profitability components (OPEX, cost of risk, capital costs, funding);
- Proficiency in financial metrics (NPV, EVA, NIM CIR, COR, RORWA, ROA, ROE);
- Knowledge of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation's regulations governing lending to individuals (understanding of reserve rules, MPL, MPN, PSC, PDN, etc.);
- Fluent in Excel;
- Skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with large data arrays and cubes;
- Experience in writing SQL queries.
