We work with teams that create in-demand products, where your work truly matters. Due to the scaling of our partner's fintech division, we are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing.

This role will be fully responsible for managing the media buying department, developing the department's strategy, and ensuring the growth in volume and quality of acquired clients.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a media buying strategy
• Management of a team of 3 media buyers
• Planning and management of the advertising budget
• Optimization of existing traffic channels (Google, Unity, TikTok) and testing of new ones
• Analysis of clients, competitors, and local markets – both current and potential for the company's expansion
• Formation and testing of hypotheses for traffic improvement and implementation of new marketing tools
• In-depth analysis and improvement of team metrics (FTD, ROMI, CPA)

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in leading a media buying/digital marketing team for at least 3 years
• Practical experience in traffic acquisition in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads
• Experience working with gaming or fintech products for at least 1 year
• Strong analytical skills, experience with ROMI, CPA, LTV
• Experience launching a product in new markets will be a plus
