Position

Must-have
- 7+ years of experience as an analyst;
- Experience in designing integration solutions in an environment with 10+ services;
- Experience in coordinating requirements with 10+ independent business teams;
- Experience with XML;
- Experience in the field of Electronic Document Management (EDM);
- Experience in independently managing a task from business requirements to release;
- Proficiency with tools: Camunda, Postman, OpenAPI (Swagger), GitHub;
- Knowledge and adherence to Agile methodology rituals;
- Ability to define DoR, DoD, and AC for enhancements;
- Ability to model UML diagrams: Use Case, Sequence;
- Skill in modeling and automating business processes in Camunda;
- Skill in using and designing REST integrations;
- Experience in designing XSD schemas, working with XML;
- Experience and skills in designing integrations with Apache Kafka broker;
- Skill in designing in PostgreSQL DBMS;
- Skill in writing simple SQL scripts;
- Knowledge of BFF architecture patterns;
- Knowledge of C4 architecture description notation;
- Experience in analyzing incidents using system logs;
- Experience in testing web services (Postman), acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
Tasks
- Analyze existing integrations in the team's products with adjacent systems;
- Collect, analyze, and validate requirements (functional, non-functional) for systems;
- Design integration interactions and system enhancements in collaboration with architects and analysts from adjacent teams;
- Design new services considering business requirements and the current interaction architecture of the company's information systems;
- Decompose and assign tasks to the development team;
- Participate in UAT and implementation;
- Participate in incident analysis, identify causes, and propose solutions;
- Interact with users, customers, and other stakeholders to identify their needs and gather feedback;
- Conduct demos for stakeholders;
- Conduct training for users;
- Monitor the deadlines for stages and resolve blockers related to inter-team dependencies.
