Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Managing a team of 7 designers, task delegation, quality control, and team development.
- Leading Large-Scale Projects: Spearheading complex projects at the intersection of product and communications, from task definition to final implementation.
- Digital Communications: Creating and supervising Key Visuals for products and regular digital communications; selecting metaphors, generating 3D and AI visuals, and/or supervising designers and agencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensuring effective interaction between the design team and other departments (CRM, Product, Business, CGO), and establishing processes.
Our Requirements for Candidates
- Experience in leading a team of designers or managing large-scale projects.
- A strong portfolio in communication design and an understanding of product design. Experience in the CRM domain will be an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in graphic editors, confident skills in working with 3D and neural networks, and an understanding of Key Visuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with product designers and business stakeholders, defend your viewpoint, and justify the position of communication design.
