We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager for an international iGaming brand. If you know how to attract quality traffic through social networks, find effective advertising strategies, and scale results – we would be glad to get acquainted!

What you will be doing: 🔹 Launching and optimizing paid social campaigns. 🔹 Working with ad accounts, audiences, creatives, and budgets. 🔹 Finding new traffic sources and increasing traffic conversion. 🔹 Developing alternative channels through seeding, creators, and influencers. 🔹 Analyzing results, testing new mechanics, and scaling effective solutions. 🔹 Working on increasing product traffic, reach, views, and social media followers.

What is important: ✅ 2+ years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing. ✅ Experience in iGaming. ✅ Understanding of the performance approach: focus not only on reach, but also on traffic and conversion. ✅ English level B2 or higher. ✅ Independence, analytical thinking, and readiness to adapt quickly to changes.
