We are Big Media Moscow, a full-cycle advertising agency that values people, expertise, and freedom.

We are looking for a creative lead, or a senior with ambitions to grow into a leadership position. Your area will be creative concept creation, Big ideas and defending them to the client.

Your tasks:

• Participate in the development of strategies and concepts for 360 campaigns and large digital projects.

• The quality of creative materials on your projects is your responsibility (presentation, structure, design, positioning + CD support).

• Interact with other departments of the agency.

• Defend ideas, act as a speaker.

Competencies we expect:

Creative Leadership and Strategy:

• Understand the principles of marketing, communication, and creative strategy and apply them in your work.

Presentation:

• You present ideas and cases brilliantly, and in general, you are fine with public speaking (in English too).

Your portfolio should include cases:

• Digital, 360, phygital specialists, festival winners.

Tools:

• Everything as usual for 360, + you are proficient with AI (ChatGPT, Runway, etc.), know their capabilities and applications.
