Time in T-Bank is no longer just an internal messenger. It is a full-fledged B2B SaaS platform with a desktop version, a mobile application, and an API for AI agents. The product is alive, with real users and great potential.

The task is not to "support", but to rethink and take it to the next level: integration with AI, tasks, and calendar. Managing a team of 55+ people, with 4-6 direct reports.
