Time at T-Bank is no longer just an internal messenger. It's a full-fledged B2B SaaS platform with a desktop version, a mobile app, and an API for AI agents. The product is live, with real users and great potential.

The task is not to "support", but to rethink and take to the next level: integration with AI, tasks, and calendar. Managing a team of 55+ people, with 4-6 people reporting directly.
Who we are looking for: — Experience in messengers or communication platforms — Ability to build strategy, not just execute — Confident work with growth and retention metrics
