👤 Who we're looking for: — 4+ years as an Agile/Flow Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager — 6+ years in software product development companies — Strong command of flow-based approaches: Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP age — Systems thinking — you find root causes, not just symptoms — Experience supporting teams through organizational change — Hands-on with AI tools and genuinely excited to experiment with more — Self-driven, signal-reader, outcome-owner

📌 What you'll be doing: Delivery Health & Flow: — Owning flow, WIP discipline and delivery momentum across your Cluster — Detecting systemic impediments early — before they become blockers — Making flow metrics actionable for Pods and stakeholders Coaching & Facilitation: — Helping Pods find their own working rhythm (not prescribing a framework) — Coaching PMs, Engineering Managers and Pod members on flow-based ways of working — Facilitating retrospectives and alignment sessions with honest, actionable outcomes AI & Org Enablement: — Supporting the R&D org's shift toward agentic development workflows — Experimenting with AI-powered tooling to improve Pod and personal productivity — Sharing practices and learnings across the Flow Enablement team
