We are looking for a Head of Frontend Development for a product IT company. Format: hybrid, Moscow Employment: full-time, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
Responsibilities: — lead the frontend direction; — be responsible for deadlines, quality, and engineering processes; — develop architecture and technical practices; — hire and develop employees; — remain hands-on and get involved in key technical tasks; — communication with the business.
What we expect: — from 7 years of experience in frontend development and from 3 years in management; — experience managing a team of 15+ developers; — strong expertise in JavaScript and readiness to work with a framework-agnostic codebase; — participation in architecture and readiness to write code if necessary; — experience creating complex adaptive interfaces — experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing employees.
