Python developer of Junior/Junior+ level for the JoSpace team. The work is remote, tasks are related to development in Python, AI tools, and RAG systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Python development
- Good knowledge and practical experience with one of the frameworks (FastAPI / Django / Flask)
- Ability to effectively work with AI tools (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex / OpenCode): formulate clear tasks, iteratively refine prompts, and check results
- Understanding the principles of building RAG systems: chunking, embedding, retrieval, ranking of results
- Experience with LLM APIs
- Understanding of development principles, algorithms, and data structures
