Head of DBA PostgreSQL Group

☑️ Responsibilities
- Leading the DBA group: organizing work, developing, and mentoring the team
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation and high performance of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse clusters, as well as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch
- Developing and improving backup, monitoring, and automation systems (including using Ansible)
- Architectural review of database migrations, consulting and supporting developers, optimizing SQL queries
- Implementing best practices for database security, fault tolerance, and scalability
- Interacting with other technical and business teams to achieve common goals
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with relational and non-relational DBMS (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Practical experience in administering high-load systems and building fault-tolerant clusters
- Skills in automating tasks using Ansible or similar tools
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring will be a big plus
- Deep understanding of backup, monitoring, and data security principles
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex SQL queries
- Readiness for continuous development and adoption of new technologies
