A full-cycle digital partner from Oskemen: corporate website development, SEO, contextual advertising, support, and CRM. We work with businesses in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, UAE, and Russia. Vacancy Description: Yandex.Metrica, Yandex Webmaster, Google Search Console, GA4, UTM tags, paid rank tracking service, Key Collector, Screaming Frog, link exchanges, ChatGPT and Claude (subscriptions are paid by the company), YouGile, CMS: MODX, WordPress, 1C-Bitrix.

• Verified experience in bringing websites to the TOP: minimum 3 cases, preferably multi-page websites (screenshots of positions and traffic are mandatory)

• Strong SEO foundation: semantics, technical and on-page optimization, link building. AI is an accelerator for us, not a replacement for expertise: you verify every result from the neural network before submission.

• Ability to write clear technical specifications for texts, prepare texts using AI, and proofread them: facts, grammar, SEO requirements.

• Experience in developing a link purchasing strategy and controlling placement.

• Work with UTM tags, goals, and analytics, regular rank tracking.

• Monthly reports on results, not on a list of actions.

• Clear communication with the project manager, calls with cameras on.

• 0.5 FTE: 80 hours per month, remote or hybrid (office in Oskemen)

• Salary 150,000 KZT + bonus up to 200,000 KZT every 3 months for growth in positions, traffic, and leads, and quality of work.

• Transparent KPI system: goals for each project are fixed at the beginning of the quarter considering the allocated hours.

• The company pays for ChatGPT, Claude, rank tracking service, and the budget for link purchasing.

• Active multi-page projects under maintenance and new projects from the launch stage.

• Probation period of 3 months, followed by long-term cooperation.
