What tasks await you

Experiments with the latest DL models To improve the user experience, we integrate all the best neural models from the Alice AI family. To enhance the quality of the final product, we adapt and fine-tune base models for our tasks.

Participation in brainstorming and discussion of new product solutions You will participate in discussions of product solutions that impact millions of Search users.

Development of complex technological pipelines at the intersection of modern NLP and classical ML You will work on a wide range of complex and interesting tasks: from classical ML to NLP and LLM training.

We expect you to

• Be passionate about large language models and have experience training them
• Have a good understanding of modern NLP and have solved product tasks using it
• Know how and want to solve end-to-end product ML tasks: from data labeling to production deployment

It will be a plus if you

• Have a deep understanding of LLM alignment
• Have excellent knowledge of modern ML or DL
