The product combines Search technologies and generative neural networks to provide users with a comprehensive answer to their query. We aim to use Alisa to create the generative search of the future and are looking for people to help us achieve this.

What tasks await you

Experiments with the latest DL models To improve the user experience, we integrate all the best neural models from the Alice AI family. As part of enhancing the final product quality, we adapt and fine-tune base models for our tasks.

Participation in brainstorming and discussing new product solutions You will participate in discussions of product solutions that impact millions of Search users.

Team management You will lead and develop a team: set global goals, decompose them into tasks and achieve them, organize the work of the team and stakeholders, and oversee the entire process — from task formulation to deployment in production.

We expect that you

• Are passionate about large language models and have experience in training them
• Have a solid understanding of modern NLP and have used it to solve product-related tasks
• Are able and willing to solve full-cycle product ML tasks: from data annotation collection to production deployment

Will be a plus

• Have a deep understanding of LLM alignment
• Have excellent knowledge of modern ML or DL
