Alice is a popular virtual assistant used daily by millions of people.

One of our team's most promising projects is user identification by voice. It helps the voice assistant correctly recommend content, take into account the individual preferences of everyone who addresses the speaker, and improve music recommendations.

What tasks await you

Team Leadership You will lead a team of 2–4 people, responsible for the full machine learning cycle: data collection, model development and improvement, their implementation, as well as support and monitoring of component performance in production. Additionally, you will need to interact with analysts and other developers involved in the project and assisting your team.

Improving Voice Identification Quality One of the most complex and research-intensive tasks in our team is improving voice recognition quality. This includes designing and planning experiments, as well as developing the infrastructure for model training.

Improving Production Infrastructure In addition to improving model quality, we also ensure the stability of their operation in production, optimize inference, and implement new architectures.

• Have led a team
• Have a good command of Python and C++
• Be ready to dive into new technologies, propose and implement ideas for their improvement
• Have a deep understanding of classical machine learning fundamentals
• Understand how modern neural network models work
• Have implemented and improved models for solving product tasks
