We are looking for strong technical leaders. You will be responsible for leading one of the directions (Neurolegal, Neuroexpert, ML Assault), growing a team, and balancing between rapid prototyping and reliable architecture. What tasks await you

Managing a technical team and ensuring its development You will lead one of the technical teams: Neuroexpert, Neurolegal, or ML Assault. You will need to attract and develop strong specialists, organize effective collaboration, help the team grow and achieve ambitious goals.

Working with hypotheses and searching for new solutions Together with the team, you will formulate and test numerous hypotheses, search for new opportunities for the product and technology, analyze results, and quickly make decisions on next steps. The main task is to find "gold" in promising directions, using an experimental approach and modern technologies.

Influencing business and innovative thinking You will need to actively participate in shaping the development strategy for the direction, influence key business decisions, generate unconventional approaches to complex tasks, and help find breakthrough solutions for our clients.

We expect you

• Have experience leading a team, defining its goals, and building internal processes
• Have launched and/or developed ML products
• Are interested in the development of LLMs and their production application

Will be a plus

• Are ready not only to lead but also to work hands-on independently, creating prototypes and energizing the team
• Have a good understanding of reliable architecture aspects but are also capable of cutting corners to quickly test hypotheses
• Can convey the vision of the technical implementation of the project to the team and stakeholders
• Know how to hire great specialists
