Senior ML Developer for Alisa

Alisa is a virtual assistant with a multi-million user base. It has numerous functions and scenarios, and it works across various devices and surfaces: smart speakers, Yandex Browser, Yandex applications, etc.

Our team improves Alisa's skills recommendation system. We not only respond to direct requests for a set of scenarios but also proactively suggest them. We are looking for an ML specialist with experience in recommendation systems to strengthen the team in this area.

What tasks await you

Conducting Research Together with the team, you will analyze user behavior, identify useful signals, and incorporate them into the system's quality metrics. You will study state-of-the-art articles, generate new ideas, experiment, and bring the best developments to production.

Participation in Product Projects Simultaneously with research, it is necessary to maintain and develop the recommendation platform: launching it on new user interaction channels, refining the product logic of recommendations and training scenarios.

We expect that you

• Confidently apply classical algorithms and data structures
• Have a good understanding of ML and have encountered recommendation tasks
• Are prepared to write code in Python and C++
• Are ready to implement changes into production

• Have gained experience in NLP and building RAG systems
