Responsibilities: Implementation of the digital credit products strategy (neo-bank, fintech company). Development of innovative products, leveraging fintech trends, customer insights, and the regulatory landscape. Defining and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration – 5 countries. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless digital customer experience. Collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance and responsible lending. Optimizing product performance through data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. Building and mentoring a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Staying ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in credit cards and digital payments. Managing the lifecycle of 3 Agile teams.
