Principal Product Manager, Recommendations & Discovery

Help, please!! I'm looking for a kick-ass leader to bring Babylist into the future of personalization, recs & discovery. For those of you unfamiliar with Babylist, we're a universal baby registry that drives >$1.5 billion of commerce through our platform, runs the largest specialty baby retailer in the country (>$750M in revenue), and is the largest baby brand on TikTok. We have built our business on editorial recommendations and are early in our journey bringing personalization into our experience (though very far in our experience building an AI-enabled builder team). I'm looking for a leader to oversee discovery, recs & search. This person will be the visionary for our entire personalization strategy and infrastructure. It's a director-level, player-coach role. Fully remote in the US or Canada. We need someone customer obsessed with deep B2C experience, strong product sense and technical chops, and the appetite and attitude to work in a fast-moving, high-expectations growth stage company.
