Description: Looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with the Argentine market (LATAM).

Tasks: — Search and development of partners (webmasters, influencers/streamers, SEO); — Conducting negotiations and agreeing on payment models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid); — Traffic quality control, fraud monitoring, working with AI tools; — Analysis of metrics (FTD, NGR, ARPU, retention, CAC, LTV) and tracking; — Participation in specialized LATAM conferences.

Requirements: — At least 2 years of experience in affiliate iGaming; — Experience working with Argentina and a base in AR (50+ active partners); — English language from B1+; — Will be a plus: experience with other Tier-2 LATAM countries and performance cases.
