Head of IT Department (Infrastructure and Support)

Since 2015, our company has been providing comprehensive equipment supplies for Russian industry. We are looking for a person who will take responsibility for the entire IT environment of the company (about 100 employees): servers, technical support, cybersecurity, access control systems, and document management, and who will also log into a server and resolve an incident if necessary. What you will do: • Manage a team: 1–2 system administrators and a CRM administrator • Maintain infrastructure: servers, remote desktops, office equipment • Onboard new employees, issue equipment, resolve current IT tasks • Administer access control systems, electronic document flow, electronic document management systems, 1C, and CRM (partly with contractors) • Ensure cybersecurity and backups What we expect: • Experience managing a small IT team • Confident administration of Windows servers and remote desktops • Experience supporting users and office infrastructure • Experience with access control systems, electronic document flow/management systems, 1C, CRM — or willingness to learn • Understanding of cybersecurity basics What we offer: • Official employment from day one, decent salary • Financial support in special life situations • Additional paid day off for your birthday, gifts for children • Modern office in Moscow-City • No bureaucracy or long approval processes • 5/2 schedule, 9 AM–6 PM
