Requirements: From 5 years of project management experience in the banking/IT sector (5+ successfully launched). Team management: Coordination of architects, analysts (resource planning, task distribution). Ensuring collaboration through Jira/Confluence, integration of AI for optimization. Interaction with stakeholders: Coordination with business customers, IT and external teams in a holacratic structure. Regular status meetings, dashboards reports. Management of expectations, risks and changes. Project portfolio management: Simultaneous management of 5-10 projects from initiation to readiness for implementation. Stage planning: pre-project research, roadmap, feasibility assessment, RACI matrices. Control of deadlines, resources and quality at the pre-launch stage. Interaction on intellectual property.

**Location:**📍Armenia, Cyprus, RF. Flexible business trips to Yerevan 2-3 times a month.
