🕹 Responsibilities:

— Assist Service Desk in resolving expert-level requests remotely (including 24x7 on-call duty)

— Investigate technical anomalies and identify their root causes in collaboration with R&D

— If necessary, reproduce issues on test benches in the in-house laboratory

— Prepare technical content for documents describing root causes (RCA)

— Create and maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge base

— Continuously influence the quality and functionality of final products through joint work with R&D teams on tasks assigned to them

🕹 Candidate Requirements:

— Advanced knowledge of Linux systems, 3+ years of experience

— In-depth knowledge of fundamental principles of computer hardware operation

— Understanding of network protocol principles

— Scripting skills

— Understanding of data center and computing complex construction principles

— Knowledge and experience with hardware management and monitoring systems (BMC, OpenBMC, IPMI, etc.)
