🕹 Responsibilities:

— Ensure uninterrupted service operation (Java, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes);

— Service monitoring;

— User consulting;

— Interaction with developers, participation in task definition, testing, and quality control of new functionality implementation;

— Business process analysis, identification of optimization points;

— Processing user requests, analyzing typical incidents, preparing proposals for service improvement;

— Maintaining operational documentation;

— Interaction with specialists from related departments and systems to ensure operability and incident resolution.

🕹 Candidate Requirements:

— Higher technical education (preferably in IT);

— 2nd and 3rd line support experience of 3+ years;

— Experience with PostgreSQL, SAP HANA databases and SQL queries;

— Knowledge of JSON, XML formats;

— Understanding of microservice architecture;

— Experience with Grafana;

— Understanding of the software development process and lifecycle;

— Experience with Service Desk, Jira, Confluence systems.
