The Technology Services team is engaged in migrating developments from the SAP system (ABAP+HANA DB) to a vendor-independent technology stack with a microfrontend/microservice architecture (Platform V+PostgreSE). GenAI tools are actively used in development practices, allowing for autonomous task execution, including those developed in-house, such as Vibe-coding tools, autonomous development and testing of services (backend and frontend) using SDD.
Responsibilities
- Development of application software in Python
- Application of GenAI practices for solving Python development tasks
- Writing unit tests
- Finding the best solutions in collaboration with designers and analysts
- Mentoring (developing tech skills) interns (relevant for middle, senior)
- Interaction with developers and other teams in an Agile format.
Requirements
- Completed higher education
- At least two years of experience as a developer in projects involving the development and/or modification and/or implementation of software using Python tools and technologies
- Experience with Python frameworks: FastAPI, Flask
- Experience with all specified Python libraries: AsyncIO, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle DB and/or PostgreSQL and/or MySQL)
- Experience in optimizing SQL query performance (query plan, full scan)
- Experience integrating infrastructure components with third-party systems
- Experience in team development using Confluence and Jira software products
- Experience working in agile methodologies (Agile and/or DevOps and/or Scrum) development
- Instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation
- Experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
