Project Lead, Forecasting & Planning | Maria Orlova

This time we’re looking for a structured, analytical Project Lead to take ownership of the Ride-Hailing forecasting and planning cycle across 48+ countries.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance, and operations. Working alongside our VP of Marketplace Efficiency, Gulnara I., you’ll be responsible for turning a complex, cross-functional planning process into a clear and well-managed cycle — from forecast to business commitment.

In this role, you will:

• 🖋️ own the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles
• 🖋️ bring together top-down and bottom-up forecasts
• 🖋️ coordinate Finance, Analytics, Product and regional Operations teams
• 🖋️ manage risks, opportunities and key business initiatives
• 🖋️ prepare materials for senior leadership and support the transition from forecast to plan
• 🖋️ continuously improve the planning process

What we’re looking for:

• 🔹 4–7 years of experience, including management consulting experience in strategy or operational efficiency — this is a required part of the background
• 🔹 Hands-on experience with budgeting, reforecasting, or business planning
• 🔹 Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• 🔹 Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating disagreements
• 🔹 Strong analytical and financial literacy
• 🔹 Fluent English and experience working in an international environment

Experience in marketplaces, ride-hailing, e-commerce or logistics would be a plus.
