Middle Data Analyst

🚀 Astana Hub is looking for a Middle Data Analyst! We are building the largest IT ecosystem in Central Asia, and data is what drives our products forward. Now we are looking for an independent data analyst who will strengthen the team, take control of the analytics for the astanahub.com portal, and help make product decisions based on numbers, not hypotheses.

What we expect:

• 2–3 years of experience in product or product-technical analytics;
• Proficient SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization);
• Experience in building clear and customized dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio;
• Good understanding of product and web metrics (Retention, Conversion, Churn, Google Analytics/Amplitude);
• Experience in independently conducting A/B testing (from experiment design to evaluating the significance of results);
• Ability not just to pull numbers, but to find insights in them and defend your conclusions to the development team.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary and medical insurance;
• Flexible 5/2 schedule and an office in EXPO — the heart of the IT cluster;
• Shuttle service and offsite corporate events;
• Paid sports activities — yoga, football, marathons;
• A professional and motivating environment;
• Development in projects that are changing the IT education market;
• Corporate activities, training, and an inspiring community.
