We already have a line of educational products (office, IT, and digital professions). Now we need someone to help develop existing products and launch new ones.
🧩 In this role, you will: — view programs as a product; — analyze what works and what needs to be changed; — test educational hypotheses; — develop MVP for new programs for the German and European markets; — develop synchronous, asynchronous, and AI-powered formats; — manage a team of methodologists; — interact with the CPO, as well as Marketing, Sales, IT departments, teachers, and experts.
🪁 We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in EdTech / L&D / Learning Product / Curriculum Development and at least 2 years of team management. Experience in creating end-to-end educational products is especially important.
📌 Language proficiency is very important: English B2+ German B1+
